One cloudy afternoon, Timmy was exploring some tasty plants when he came across another animal. This turtle was outgoing and bubbly, and his name was Gary. Lenny asked Timmy Timmy and said, "Hi! Want to play with me?"
Timmy was surprised because he had never been asked to play before by another creature. But Lenny seemed so kind, that Timmy decided to accept. They spent the rest of the day playing tag, and Timmy had so much fun. He learned that making friends could be really wonderful.
From then on, Timmy and Lenny were inseparable buddies. They had lots of fun together, and Timmy was no longer nervous. He had found a true friend in Lenny.

Oliver Owl Finds to Be Kind
Once upon a time, there was a little owl named Oliver. They lived in a big, sunny forest. Oliver was a very curious owl, and he often felt different from the other animals.
One day, Oliver saw a little squirrel chasing to climb a tall tree. The squirrel looked tired, and Oliver needed to help. With a gentle flap of his wings, Oliver reached the squirrel a friendly nudge.
The squirrel was so happy that it gave Oliver a delicious acorn as a thank you. Oliver realized that being kind made him feel good and from that day on, he always tried to be friendly to all the animals in the forest.
Penny Pig Finds a Friend
Penny Hog was feeling sad. She wanted a friend to play with. One day, while exploring, Penny came across/found/spotted a little bunny hiding in the flowers. The little creature was shy.
Penny slowly approached the animal and said/asked/spoke in a friendly voice, "Hello". The little squirrel looked up at Penny with bright peepers.
